Kaligo works with either a finger or a stylus, but for the best experience, we recommend using an active stylus with pressure recognition. Stylus compatibility depends on your tablet, so be sure to check which pens are supported.
Kaligo Tip : for an even closer writing feel to paper, you can use a protective film reproducing the haptic feel of paper on your tablet.

Do I absolutely need a stylus to work with Kaligo?
To ensure a good writing experience, we recommend that students using Kaligo use a stylus. Additionally, any stylus compatible with your tablet is also compatible with Kaligo. Please note that exercises related to pressure sensitivity require a stylus with pressure recognition technology, such as the Apple Pencil.
Why do some exercises require an active stylus?
Pressure-sensitive exercises require a stylus equipped with pressure recognition technology, such as the Apple Pencil Gen 1 and 2.
Do I need an Internet connection to use Kaligo?
You need an Internet connection for the lessons and exercises you assign to your students to be synchronised with the application, making them visible to the students. Additionally, you need an Internet connection when scanning your QR code. You also need an Internet connection to synchronise exercise results with your teacher portal once your students have completed their work on Kaligo.
Apart from these three actions, it is possible to use Kaligo without an Internet connection (although this is not recommended).
Can I use Kaligo on a smartphone?
The Kaligo application is not compatible with smartphones.
